Are you a Caregiver wanting to send a Loved One?
We understand that asking for help can sometimes be a difficult decision, but you can feel comfortable in your choice of sending your loved one to Our Harmony Club. All of us at Our Harmony Club are dedicated to our mission of caring for and about one another by supporting caregivers and those they are caring for. For this reason, we strive to provide a safe and stimulating environment where guests and volunteers enrich one another's lives through conversation, games, crafts, exercise, and so much more! Our Harmony Club is an affordable respite care alternative. The applications are provided below, but it is recommended to contact the Director (Dawn Vlach) at (262) 880-5301 or via email at prior to completing the forms to ensure that Our Harmony Club will be the best fit for your loved one.
The most unique feature of Our Harmony Club is that, with the exception of the Director, it is entirely run by volunteers. Because of this, our program is filled with individuals who choose to spend their time with our clients. Not only is this experience rewarding for the volunteers, it provides an invaluable service to the guests and their families. Having so many volunteers allows us to keep costs down and provide an affordable respite care option for caregivers.
